1.About the Presale

This is a presale for the Bindy product. By placing a deposit. you are securing your Bindy from the first production run. This is not an immediate purchase, and your product will be delivered once manufacturing is complete.

2. Deposit

• A small $10 deposit is required to secure your order.

• Your deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price of your Bindy

• Deposits are fully refundable at any time before your Bindy has shipped, if you choose not to proceed.

3. Pricing

• The presale guarantees you access to the discounted launch price.

• The remaining balance will be due prior to shipment.

4. Delivery

• Production is expected to begin December 2025 / January 2026.

• Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

• Customers will be kept updated throughout the process.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• You may request a refund of your deposit at any time before shipment by contacting us at toowindy@usebindy.com.au

• If production does not go ahead, all deposits will be automatically refunded in full.

6. Liability

We are responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. shipping disruptions, supplier delays). However, we will always communicate openly with customer's and offer refunds if you do not wish to wait.
